PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance discharge efficiency with a simpler and compact composition.SOLUTION: A component pickup device comprises: an inclined housing space to house components; a discharge part to be communicated with the inclined housing space at an upper portion than a lower region accumulating a plurality of components in the inclined housing space; an engagement part to be engaged with the component in the inclined housing space; and a drive mechanism to circulate the engagement part in the inclined housing space so as to allow passing through a discharge position approaching to the lower region and the discharge part.
