PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic operation mechanism capable of stabilizing holding force by suppressing variations due to component tolerances and assembly tolerances.SOLUTION: This electromagnetic operation mechanism is composed of a movable iron core and a stationary iron core in which the movable iron core is inserted while having a facing part facing the movable iron core. The mechanism includes a permanent magnet mounted on the stationary iron core between the stationary iron core and the movable iron core while having prescribed holding force when the movable iron core is attracted to the stationary iron core, and a shim for adjusting an air gap between the permanent magnet mounted on the stationary iron core and the movable iron core. |
