PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control ignition of a gasoline alternative fuel engine even if engine revolution changes so rapidly that ignition control of gasoline alternative fuel is difficult.SOLUTION: In an ignition control method for an alternative fuel engine, regardless of acceleration or deceleration of an engine speed, at all times, either an ignition coil energization start signal for ignition for gasoline or that for alternative fuel, which is preceded, starts energization of an ignition coil, and either an ignition signal for gasoline or that for gasoline alternative fuel, which is preceded, stops the energization of the ignition coil to produce ignition. |
