PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner type molding part structure of a weather strip for an open car, capable of exhibiting a high sealing function while greatly suppressing deformation of a water receiver lip part when a door glass is closed.SOLUTION: The structure of a corner type molding part 20X includes a support part 21 attached from the upper end of the front pillar 1 of a vehicle with a top 10 along a header 3 for fixing the upper end of a front glass 2, a hollow seal part 22 integrally formed with the support part 21, elastically contacted with the top 10 on the header 3 side, and elastically contacted with the upper end edge of a door glass 5 lifted on the font pillar 1 side, and a water receiver lip part 24 disposed to extend on the outside of the car from the lower part of the hollow seal part 22 of the front pillar 1 side to the side lower part of the top 10 in the closed state of the top 10. In the hollow seal part 22, at a position higher than the elastic contact position of the upper end edge of the door glass 5 inside the car, a slitlike long hole 30 is formed to extend roughly in parallel to the door glass 5. |
