PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating rotation starting force in a bicycle wheel.SOLUTION: Levers 9,10 are assembled into fulcrum shafts 3,4 installed to a base 14 of arms 1,2 in a fitted manner, and outer end portions of the arms 1,2 are inserted respectively into insertion holes of the weights 5,6 to be installed. A mechanism in which the arms and the levers are assembled is attached to a hub shaft 13 of a bicycle wheel. While a bicycle is running, the assembled mechanism of the arms and the levers rotates together with the hub shaft 13 of the wheel. A weight which is positioned at the top dead center during rotation and makes half rotation to the bottom dead center produces plus load with respect to a wheel rotational direction by rotation of the wheel which makes half rotation to the bottom dead center, and presses a force point 16 of the arm 1 to generate rotation starting force. |
