PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up an image by using only normal trigger pulse signals even though noise signals are supplied while mixed in the normal trigger pulse signals when acquiring the trigger pulse signals from the outside to pick up the image.SOLUTION: A trigger pulse reception part 51 receives a trigger pulse signal or a noise signal from a trigger pulse generation part 33. When receiving the pulse signal, an exposure start signal generation part 53 generates an exposure start signal, and a counter 55 starts to count a count value C. An exposure control part 54 starts to expose an imaging part 57 on the basis of the exposure start signal. When finishing receiving the pulse signal, an abnormality determination part 61 determines whether the input pulse signal is a normal trigger pulse signal on the basis of the counter value C of the counter 55. In the case of being a normal trigger pulse signal, the exposure control part 54 controls the imaging part 57 to make the picked-up image outputted. This technology is applicable to a factory automation system. |
