摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that is relatively highly resistant to voltage and reduces a stray capacitance, and a power transmitting device having the switch circuit.SOLUTION: A pair of thyristor strings of pluralities of thyristors connected in series so as to allow flows of current in opposite directions to each other are connected in parallel such that the directions of connection are opposite to each other. On-off switches are connected between gates and cathodes of a thyristor with the cathode connected to a first input/output terminal and a thyristor with the cathode connected to a second input/output terminal, respectively, and resistive elements are connected between gates of adjacent thyristors of each thyristor string, between the gate and an anode of a thyristor with the anode connected to the first input/output terminal and between the gate and an anode of a thyristor with the anode connected to the second input/output terminal, respectively.
