An offshore structure having a UBD system is disclosed. The offshore structure having a UBD system according to the present invention comprises a UBD system having a well test separating unit. The well test separating unit is arranged on a deck at the stern part of a hull and separates well cutting current supplied in a test for the well cutting current of a well drilled by drilling fluid with a pressure lower than the pressure of a sub-bottom structure to be drilled.
