PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reward card, which can be manufactured inexpensively while carrying out customer information management equivalent to an IC tag and a card provided with a magnetic layer, and can carry out rapid print processing by contracting a time for optically reading or processing a mark printed on the card, and provide a reader/writer for the reward card.SOLUTION: A reward card 1, which includes a thermal layer on a card base material formed of paper material and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) material, on which thermal printing is carried out, and of which a printed surface is optically read out, includes at least an identification bar code 4 for recording customer information, a mark 5 for writing a reward point given depending on a use status; and a mark information symbol 6 for writing number information and arrangement information relating to the printed mark 5 by a simple symbol. |
