PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control device in which in a memory space having an interleave area and a non-interleave area mixedly provided, reduction of power consumption is attained by turning on/off of power supply by the unit of a bank.SOLUTION: A memory control device for controlling an access to a memory area constituted by a plurality of banks composed of non-volatile memories performs access while setting, out of the plurality of banks, a part of the banks as an interleave area, and the other banks as a non-interleave area. The memory control device controls power supply to the plurality of banks for the banks constituting the interleave area and for the banks constituting the non-interleave area in a separate manner. |
