PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector and a connector connection structure that enhance the adhesion of a water stop member to a covered conductor and an auxiliary machine for connector connection, thereby securing excellent waterproof performance.SOLUTION: When a connector 30 is connected to an auxiliary machine 43 for connector connection, the tip side of a covered conductor 35 is inserted into a hole portion 44 of the auxiliary machine 43, and a housing seal portion 31c formed on the outer periphery of a large-diameter portion 31A of a seal member 31 is brought into close contact with the inner periphery of the hole portion 44 to seal the covered conductor 35. A wire seal portion 31d located at the position corresponding to the large-diameter portion 31A formed on the inner periphery of an insertion hole 31a of the seal member 31 is brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the covered conductor 35 to seal the covered conductor 35. Repulsive force caused by elastic deformation of the housing seal portion 31c acts so as to enhance the waterproof performance of the wire seal portion 31d, and the repulsive force caused by the elastic deformation of the wire seal portion 31d acts so as to enhance the waterproof performance of the housing seal portion 31c, whereby the waterproof performance of both the housing seal portion 31c and the wire seal portion 31d can be enhanced. |
