PURPOSE: A pattern formation method of a metallic product surface is provided to make a design various, and to implement a product design having a metal surface of a subtle and a complex pattern by using a multi-stage casting method. CONSTITUTION: A pattern formation method of a metallic product surface comprises the following steps: a pattern is formed through CAD; a form 1 is programmed by a programming for a first casting material formation; a form 2 like a final product in which a pattern is inserted through the CAD is programmed; after the two inputted data is inputted in a rapid prototyping system, multiple form 1 and one form 2 of a desired design are manufactured; a casting material of the multiple form 1 and the form 2 is obtained; a first gum mold for a casting is made through a casting material of the form 2; after inserting a casting material of the multiple form 1 into the first gum mold, a wax injection is implemented, and a hetero-metal is jewelry-casted; a cast gypsum is heat-treated for 10-120 minutes; and an ornament of a pattern of a final metallic product surface is obtained.
