PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electrode foil against damage due to connection with a lead terminal.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a capacitor includes a step for holding an electrode foil (2) and a lead terminal (4), while superimposing them over each other, between a first die (a lower die 6) and a second die (an upper die 8), a step for inserting a stitch needle (12) into the electrode foil from the lead terminal side, and inserting a cut-and-raised piece (18) formed in the lead terminal into the electrode foil, a step for separating the first die or second die installed on the electrode foil side from the electrode foil, and a step for connecting the cut-and-raised piece with the electrode foil while pressure molding the cut-and-raised piece. |
