PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel capable of improving workability when storing a heat medium pipe in a pipe recessed groove of a base material.SOLUTION: A floor heating panel 1 includes: a heat medium pipe 15 to be a flow path for heat medium; and an approximately rectangular and flat resin foam base material 10 having a pipe recessed groove 11 in an upper face side for storing the heat medium pipe. In a groove inside wall 11a of the pipe recessed groove, a holding protruded part 13 is provided extending from a groove bottom 14a to a groove opening edge in a state of being protruded toward center in a cross direction of the groove so that a groove width of the pipe recessed groove is smaller than an outer diameter of the heat medium pipe. A site 14 near upstream and downstream sides of the holding protruded part in a distributing direction of the heat medium, including a site where the holding protruded part is formed, is deeper than other sites. |
