PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather-resistant sound-proof wall in which, in order to prevent water infiltration, a water film wall using a surface tension of water is created on the surface of a sound absorption surface member under rainwater as first water infiltration prevention, and, secondly, evaporation of moisture deposited on the sound absorption surface member and moisture partially infiltrated inside is promoted.SOLUTION: In order to prepare a condition for creating the water film wall using the surface tension of water on the surface of the sound absorption member, an aluminum fiber mat-shaped material 1 is selected as a material. In order to stabilize a density and a layered structure of the aluminum fiber mat-shaped material 1, an adhesive 5 is deposited to a honeycomb material 4 constituting a sound absorption layer, and the adhesive 5 is then infiltrated by abutting the honeycomb material 4 to the surface of the aluminum fiber mat-shaped material 1. An adhesive partition wall 11 in a honeycomb shape is formed in the aluminum fiber mat-shaped material 1, thereby preparing the condition where the surface tension effectively acts and a water film is easily created. |
