The present invention relates to an underwater displacement measuring device and more specifically, an underwater displacement measuring device measuring vertical displacement of a measured object moving underwater. The underwater displacement measuring device includes a standard member including a base unit mounted on the sea-bed; a connection rope of which one side is connected to the base unit; and a buoyancy generation unit connected to the other side of the connection rope and maintaining the connection rope to be a state of tension by generating buoyance towards the upper side, a guide moving together in the longitudinal direction of the connection rope in the position closed to the connection rope by being connected to the measured object, and an underwater displacement measuring device including a measuring unit measuring relative displacement of the guide and the connection rope.
