PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of downtime of an apparatus caused by taking out of a deposit capture member 70, which is installed separate from a catalyst 25, from a reaction tank 20.SOLUTION: By installing a plurality of deposit capture members 70 which make a deposit in a fluid adhere to themselves and capture the deposit in a process to make the fluid pass through a plurality of their own through holes, and installing rails 21a-d respectively holding those deposit capture members 70 in such a way that they prevent transfer of those deposit capture members 70 from the upstream side to the downstream side and they allow the transfer from the downstream side to the upstream side on a position more upstream in the fluid conveyance direction than that of a catalyst 25, and by generating a counter flow which is a flow of the fluid from the downstream side to the upstream side in a reaction tank 20, the deposit capture members 70 positioned on the uppermost stream side are released from the rails. |
