PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a storage data amount for compensating periodic torque fluctuation in controlling a motor for driving a load whose load torque periodically fluctuates.SOLUTION: For the purpose of compensating periodic torque fluctuation of a load driven by a motor, torque correction data is stored so as to correspond to a mechanical angle &thetas;m of the motor, at each characteristic point 150. A range of the mechanical angle &thetas;m corresponding to one rotation of the motor 1 is divided into a first angle section P1 where the load torque fluctuation occurs and a second angle section P2 where no load torque fluctuation occurs. In the first angle section, correction data corresponding to a plurality of characteristics points 150 is stored in the memory, and correction data of the characteristics point 150 corresponding to the current mechanical angle is selectively read. In the second angle section, single correction data common to the mechanical angle &thetas;m is stored. |
