PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller and a power supply system which can continue power supply to a consumer of high priority even if the power outage lasted.SOLUTION: Power supply is controlled by a server computer in a control center 12, while dividing an area where a plurality of power consumers 16 and a predetermined priority consumer 14 exist into a plurality of zones. When the power of the priority consumer 14 is reduced, a consumer 16 for transferring power to the priority consumer 14 and the supply amount thereof are determined in the control center 12, based on the amount of power that can be supplied from each consumer 16, and power is transferred by controlling the priority consumer computer of the priority consumer 14 or the consumer HEMS of each consumer 16. |
