PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size more and to provide good assemblability even when a seat belt locking member is disposed.SOLUTION: A resin mold part 12 of a tang 7 has seat belt lock guide holes 21 22. In the resin mold part 12, a seat belt lock 13 is guided by the seat belt guide holes 21 and 22 to be movable between a nonlocking position set during normal time not to lock a seat belt 4 and a locking position set in emergency to lock the seat belt 4. The seat belt lock 13 is always urged to the nonlocking position by a torsion spring 14. In emergency, by the pressing force of the seat belt 4, the seat belt lock 13 is set at the locking position against the urging force of the torsion spring 14. |
