The reactive module system comprises a plurality of optical receivers. Each optical receiver is configured to receive a portion of a two-dimensional control signal and produce a detected control signal. The two-dimensional control signal includes an array of sub-images of light sources. The reactive module system further has a a plurality of lighting elements, each connected to a respective one of the optical receivers; and a plurality of computing units, each connected to an optical receiver and a lighting element. Each computing unit is configured to convert the detected control signal into an instruction for control of the lighting element to which it is connected. |
