The method involves performing hollow machining of rigid panel (1) made of expanded PVC and affixing a PVC film (2) on a machined face (10) of the panel. The film and the panel are shaped in accordance with sub-steps. The panel covered with the film is heated at surface softening temperature of 60-70 degree Celsius until a depth of 10 millimeters. Stress is applied for shaping the panel and simultaneously heating of the panel is stopped. The stress is maintained until required temperature is achieved before heating the panel.
