The bag has a polyethylene tape (22) connected with a transversely weld seam. The tape is manually stretched and extended to form an elasto-plastically deformed configuration for opening the bag. Multiple coils are formed such that elastic contraction of a material of the tape includes frictional force between a material of a strip and a material of the bag and enables stable fastening of a winding to a neck of an opening after releasing the tape. The tape has a band whose width lies between 10 mm and 25 mm.
