This conductive fiber-coated particle includes a particulate substance and a fibrous conductive substance that covers the particulate substance. The fibrous conductive substance for the conductive fiber-coated particle is preferably a conductive nanowire, and the conductive nanowire is preferably at least one item selected from the group consisting of metallic nanowires, semiconductor nanowires, carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes, and conductive polymer nanowires.
