PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool allowing simplification of the configuration of an openable/closable machining chamber cover.SOLUTION: A machine tool 1 includes; a workpiece support device 10 including a workpiece support surface 12a; a machining chamber cover 20 in which an opening 24 is formed; a tool support device 30 which is movable to one edge 24a and the other edge 24b of the opening 24 and from which a grinding stone 33 (tool) is detachable; and a first roll cover 50 (flexible cover) which is telescopic by following the movement of the tool support device 30 and closes a space between the tool support device 30 and the one edge 24a. A space between the tool support device 30 and the other edge 24b is opened in a state in which the tool support device 30 is disposed at a non-machining position, and when the tool support device 30 is moved to the other side and the tool support device 30 is disposed at a machining position, the space between the tool support device 30 and the other edge 24b is closed. |
