PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus of a glass plate and a molding method of a glass plate, capable of suppressing a height required for molding a glass plate to stably mold a glass plate.SOLUTION: The molding apparatus of a glass plate comprises: a slit nozzle having a slit-shaped opening; a rolling roller for rolling a molten glass flowing down from the opening to form a glass plate; a draw roller positioned downstream from the rolling roller and for drawing the glass plate; conveying means for obliquely conveying the glass plate; and a cutting mechanism for obliquely cutting the glass plate conveyed by the conveying means.
