Compositions suitable for use as, for example, dental, craniofacial or long-bone fillers, percutaneous vertebroplasty agents and kyphoplasty agents, comprise an injectable biomaterial cement and a radiopacity-improving agent in an amount sufficient to improve the radiopacity of the injectable biomaterial in vivo.
