A detector is coupled to an electronic device which evaluates changes in vibration so as to control the pill coating rhythm. The detector should be an immersed microphone to convert friction noise into electrical signals, whilst the device is coupled to the metering pump. In this way continuously changing conditions are automatically considered and used to control the feed of coating fluid and prevent dry-running. |
