PURPOSE:To permit reading out with a simple optical system by polarizing a vinylidene fluoride copolymer provided with a reflection layer selectively in one direction and sticking non-reflective fine particle to a pattern shape on the reflection layer by a difference in the electrostatic attraction force between the selected polarization and other parts. CONSTITUTION:The vinylidene fluoride copolymer film 15 of a memory medium provided with the reflection layer on at least one surface side of the vinylidene fluoride copolymer film 15 is selectively polarized. The non-reflective fine particle 35 are then selectively adhered to the selective polarization part 31 or the part 33 except said part by the difference in the electrostatic attraction force between the part 31 and the part 33, by which the patterned non-reflection part formed of the particles 35 is provided on the reflection layer. Reproducing of recorded information is, therefore, executed by detecting the difference in the reflectivity between both parts. The easy reproduction is thereby permitted and the storage method having high S/N at the time of reproduction is obtd. |
