PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hybrid vehicle, which accurately performs charge control for increasing an SOC in advance before approaching congestion to suppress the deterioration of fuel efficiency.SOLUTION: If an ECU as a control device of a hybrid vehicle predicts there is a congestion section on a traveling planned route of the vehicle, the ECU can perform pre-charge control for increasing a battery SOC in advance before approaching congestion. The ECU reduces the increase of the SOC in pre-charge control according to a decrease of congestion reliability R of congestion section information related to the predicted congestion section. |
