摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the negative electrode of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having improved cycle characteristics, in the negative electrode of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a three-dimensional regular arrangement porous structure (3DOM structure).SOLUTION: On a photoresist film formed on a conductive substrate, multiple micro voids are formed independently from each other. The cavities in the photoresist film are filled with micro particles, and then plating is carried out with a metal being alloyed with lithium. Thereafter, the micro particles and the photoresist film are dissolved and removed thus forming the negative electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a micro domain structure (multiple micro island-shaped). The island-shaped electrode has a height of 10-50 μm, a size of 10-30 μm, a width between island-shaped electrodes of 1-50 μm, a porosity of 50-80%, and has a columnar shape preferably.
