PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular structure having original features of silk such as biocompatibility, which can be used as a small-diameter blood vessel such as a peripheral vessel.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tubular structure includes collecting a silk nanofiber around a rotary support rod covered with a resin tube to form a tubular shape, wherein the silk nanofiber is formed by an electrospinning method using a silk fibroin solution.
