PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, even though a plate-like phosphorescent marker is capable of retaining durability with respect to friction or the like, the phosphorescent marker is poor in flexibility and difficult to adhere to balustrades in various shapes in a versatile manner, and further, although the phosphorescent marker can adhere to balustrades in various shapes by the method for configuring the marker in a thin seal shape and depositing the marker by means of a tape, the marker may be released soon by friction in the method and the maintenance of repair, exchange or the like may be a burden.SOLUTION: A phosphorescent marker for balustrades or the like comprises: a base plate comprised of a metal material in a rain gutter shape; and a phosphorescent material which is applied to the base plate in a plate shape before worked into the rain gutter shape, and disposed at a convex side of the rain gutter-shaped base plate. |
