PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GUI (Graphical User Interface) having excellent reference property and operability when creating a composite image from a plurality of medical images.SOLUTION: The medical image display device includes a display control unit, a detection unit, and a generation unit. The display control unit displays a plurality of medical images in which a substantially same portion of a subject is captured, with partial image areas thereof superposed mutually on a first display area of the display unit. The detection unit detects designation operations for designating each of the plurality of medical images. The generation unit generates a composite image formed by composing the respective medical images designated by the designation operations. The display control unit displays the composite image on a second display area different from the first display area, in the display unit. |
