PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generation device which enables a water wheel to be unfailingly disposed below water without enlarging the device and obtains stable electric power generation.SOLUTION: A hydraulic power generation device 1 includes: a water wheel 10 disposed below a water surface Ws; a power generator 53 which generates electric power by rotations of the water wheel 10; and a water wheel position adjustment part 20 which moves the water wheel 10 in a vertical direction according to fluctuations of a water level Ws and transmits the rotations of the water wheel 10 to the power generator 53. |
