<p>The present invention relates to an information providing method, and a device and a system for the same, and more specifically, to: a travel-guidance method capable of adjusting an expected arrival time for a travel route and providing information on the expected arrival time to a driver by using road surface information received from a plurality of other vehicles when driving a vehicle, and a device and a system for the same. Road surface information on a set route, which changes in real-time, is acquired from various devices such as an ABS, a rain sensor, and the like provided in a vehicle, and whether a road surface state is different from a normal road surface state is determined on the basis of the acquired road surface information, and if the road surface state is dangerous so as to require the attention of a driver, information on the road surface state is provided to vehicle drivers expected to pass through the corresponding area, thereby allowing the vehicle drivers to plan a travel route conveniently.</p> |
