PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning management system capable of realizing amenity of an air conditioning environment suitable for a user in consideration of the outdoor environment.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning management device (a controller 2, a center server 5) manages operation of an air conditioner 1 which changes the temperature of a space. A reception unit 2b of the controller 2 obtains an operation history of the air conditioner 1 and evaluation information that a user evaluated the temperature of the space. A reception unit 5a of the center server 5 obtains environment information regarding environments in the inside and the outside of the space. A storage unit 5c stores the operation history, the evaluation information, and the environment information in such a manner that they are associated with one another in time sequence. An algorithm generating unit 5d refers to the storage unit 5c, and generates an operation algorithm of the air conditioner 1 suitable for each environment on the basis of the operation history and the environment information which are associated with the evaluation information in which an evaluation result accords to a predetermined condition. |
