PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation element using vibration, capable of achieving high efficiency, high reliability and high productivity.SOLUTION: The power generation element includes: an ultra-magnetostrictive member which vibrates by external vibration and which is applied with distortion; a spacer formed to cover a magnetostrictive material; and a coil wound around the spacer in a substantially aligning manner. The spacer has a through hole in it, one end of which includes a wall section and a protrusion section. Around the protrusion section, a coil wire of the coil is wound to fix it. |
