PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a way of photographing to acquire images similar to a sample image.SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus comprises: a photographing unit for obtaining a subject image that is an image of the subject; a sample acquisition unit for acquiring a sample image; a guide display creation unit for creating a guide display showing a way of photographing to allow composition of the subject image to be close to the composition of the sample image; a display for displaying the guide display; and a photographing condition determination unit for determining a height at the time of photographing on the basis of information on a height of the photographing apparatus before the photographing to determine a photographing condition of the photographing apparatus in accordance with the determined height.
