PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing radioactive strontium from discharged water containing radioactive strontium at low cost.SOLUTION: Discharged water containing radioactive strontium is supplied to a first reaction tank 1 as raw water W, and then a stable isotope strontium salt aqueous solution is added from stable isotope strontium salt adding means 6. The raw water W1 is supplied from a conduit 4A to a second reaction tank 2, and a sodium carbonate solution, as an alkali metal carbonate whose amount is equivalent to or more than all strontium concentrations, is added from sodium carbonate adding means 7. At this time, the pH of the raw water W2 discharged from the second reaction tank 2 to a conduit 4B is monitored by a pH meter 8 and is controlled to be 9 or more. Subsequently, by performing cross-flow filtration, using a MF membrane device 3 functioning as a membrane separating device, on the raw water W2, treatment water W3 in which carbonate is removed from radioactive strontium is obtained. |
