PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that holds in a nonvolatile manner circuit information necessary to configure a circuit to be implemented by a plurality of configurable circuits.SOLUTION: A reconfigurable analog module includes an FPAA block 100 in which the plurality of configurable circuits are arrayed in a matrix, and an FGT block 200. The FGT block 200 includes a plurality of nonvolatile programmable resistances disposed in correspondence to programmable resistances in each configurable circuit. Each nonvolatile programmable resistance includes an FGT 50 as a program element for storing a resistance value thereof in a nonvolatile manner. The FGT block 200 furthermore includes a program circuit for tuning a threshold voltage programmed to the FGT 50 in accordance with a condition of voltage application to the FGT 50 during an analog operation. |
