PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator in which visibility of the inside of a decompression chamber is improved.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes an outer shell member 14, a cover member 16 opening/closing the outer shell member 14, decompression means 12 for decompressing the inside of the outer shell member 14, a projection 47 provided projectingly outward on an edge of an opening 41 formed on a wall face of the outer shell member 14, a seal member 42 provided on an outer periphery of the projection 47, a translucent member 43 contacting with the seal member 42 to close the opening 41, illumination means 46 provided in an outside of the translucent member 43 to face the translucent member 43, and a cover member 45 covering the illumination means 46. |
