PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elderly person's safety confirmation system which uses a communication line to be able to grasp an elderly person's situation without placing a burden on an elderly person and enables a client to be able to grasp the elderly person's situation anytime.SOLUTION: In the elderly person's safety confirmation system, an indoor terminal installed in an elderly person's house, a plurality of terminals for clients requesting confirmation of elderly person's safety, and a center terminal installed in a center where the elderly person's safety is confirmed are connected via the communication line so as to be able to interactively communicate. Users of the center terminal and the indoor terminal can make a conversation while viewing each other's images, and their communication record is saved in a conversation record database for each conversation. The terminals for clients allow the clients to access the conversation record database to inspect the communication record. |
