<p>The present invention comprises a first lens group (G1) having a positive refractive power, a second lens group (G2) having a negative refractive power, a third lens group (G3) having a positive refractive power, a fourth lens group (G4) having a negative refractive power, and a fifth lens group (G5) having a positive refractive power in said order from the object side to the image side. Moreover, the present invention has an aperture stop (S) somewhere between the lens in the second lens group that is closest to the image side and the lens in the third lens group that is closest to the image side, wherein: when changing magnification, the aperture stop moves along with the third lens group while the fifth lens group is secured; and when changing the magnification from a wide field of view to a telescopic view, the interval between the first lens group and the second lens group widens, the interval between the second lens group and the third lens group narrows, the interval between the third lens group and the fourth lens group fluctuates, the interval between the fourth lens group and the fifth lens group fluctuates, and the following conditions (1) and (2) are satisfied, condition (1) being -1.3beta2t<-0.4 and condition (2) being -1.6<beta3t<-0.6.</p> |
