<p>The invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder for extrication, which has two sliding rods, is actuated by pressurized oil and is used in the operations of deforming damaged metallic structures, by the extrication units intervening after accidents. According to the invention, the hydraulic cylinder consists of a central body (1), wherein there is a ball (2) with distribution orifices, which, by being supported on four non-metallic plates (3), is driven in a left-right rotation by a driving axle (4) provided with a manoeuvering handle, for the pressurized oil supply, by means of two double hollow construction rods (5.1 and 5.2), whereto there are attached two fixed pistons (6.1 and 6.2), by means of two nuts (7.1 and 7.1), two equal chambers (c.1 and c.2 or d.1 and d.2), formed by two pistons (8.1 and 8.2), which, being closed by two heads (9.1 and 9.2), can slide inside two caps (10.1 and 10.2), as to push or pull, by the same force, to stand under load on a medial position of the ball (2) or to move, in a controlled way, in this situation, by finely releasing a rowel needle (11), screwed in a nipple (12), which obturates a communication orifice of a plug (13) which separates the working hydraulic circuits made into the body (1) and which may be protected against overload by two protection valves (14).</p> |
