PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of preventing breakage of a cover without letting the cover fall from an exterior part when the cover is overloaded.SOLUTION: A recording device 10 includes: an exterior part 22; an interface part 14 provided on a side face of the exterior part 22 and provided with a connection port 15 to which a storage medium 16 can be inserted in the state of jumping outwards from the exterior part 22; and a cover 13 turnably provided on the exterior part 22 and covering the connection port 15. The cover 13 includes: a first hinge part 24 to be a turning fulcrum of the cover 13; and a second hinge part 31 to be the turning fulcrum of the cover 13 instead of the first hinge part 24 when a turning angle to an opening direction of the cover 13 is a prescribed angle or larger. |
