PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquisition system capable of appropriately acquiring an image of a target vehicle while the target vehicle travels.SOLUTION: The information acquisition system comprises: route acquiring means 330 for acquiring a travel planned route of the target vehicle; selecting means 330 for selecting, from a plurality of imaging apparatuses 100, as specific imaging apparatuses, the imaging apparatuses 100 being capable of photographing a vehicle travelling on the travel planned route; determining means 330 for determining an effective photographic range of each specific imaging apparatus; a positional information acquiring means 430 for repeatedly acquiring the positional information of the target vehicle; and image acquiring means 430 for acquiring, from the specific imaging apparatus 100, the image of the target vehicle photographed by the specific imaging apparatus 100 based on the positional information of the target vehicle and the effective photographic range of the specific imaging apparatus 100. |
