Food smoking chamber - esp for meat with self cleaning system for soot reduction

The smoke purification system consists esp. of a vertical scrubber, through which the smoke passes downwards, with a trap at the bottom for feeding a recirculating pump. The scrubber is followed by an electrostatic precipitator and this in turn by an activated carbon filter. Neutralising chemicals may be added to the scrubbing water. Easily maintained plant with complete pollution protection.
