PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonizer capable of efficiently generating high-concentration ozone.SOLUTION: An ozonizer 1 is configured such that: a dielectric 4 is provided on either one of two electrodes 2 and 3; a voltage is applied to a discharge space 6 between the two electrodes 2 and 3 in the vicinity of the dielectric 4 while supplying a raw material gas to the discharge space 6 to generate discharge, thereby generating ozone; and a space in which discharge is not generated is arranged in the middle of a flow passage of the raw material gas or ozone in the vicinity of the dielectric 4. |
