PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of improving performance of a metal oxide semiconductor electrode.SOLUTION: A processing metal oxide semiconductor particle dispersion body contains: an amine compound; a metal atom complex represented by the following general formula (1); a titanium oxide particle; and a solvent. In the general formula (1), R-Rrepresent individually independently a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent group, an arrow represents coordinate bond or ionic bond from an oxygen atom to Ti, a broken-line represents delocalization bond in a diketonate compound structure, and n is an integer of 1-3 and represents a coordination number of the diketonate compound. |
